Cricket Flaherty

Cricket Flaherty has been practicing breema since 2000 when she was introduced to Breema bodywork by Asha Jenny Ulrich and the other 7 instructors of Breema Northwest in Eugene at that time.

 "I was able to practice coming home to the body, to the breath,  to this moment over and over again.  I still need to strengthen that muscle.   I am not my thoughts, I am not my feelings.  I let go of the judgement, the extra.  I wish to be available and to have a posture of support."

Cricket has a breema bodywork and massage practice in Eugene, OR.  She actively instructs with the other instructors of the Pacific Northwest.
