After finishing my teacher's training in English ASL and Physical Education, I did a postgrad study in San Francisco focusing on body-mind integration. I studied several forms of body- as well as psychotherapies, like Rosen Method, Ilse Middendorf Atemarbeit, Eutonie, Feldenkrais, Expressive Arts Therapy by Anna/Daria Halprin, Integrative Dance Therapy and last but not least, Breema Bodywork.
It is in dance therapy and Breema Bodywork that I found my home as a practitioner. I worked as a professional therapist from 2003 to 2010 in a psychiatric day clinic and in my private practice.
In 2015, I followed my dream as a young adult and studied acting at the Lee Strasberg and the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles and later at the Open Acting Academy in Vienna. I have been acting on stage and in film since.
Upon retiring from my teaching profession, I decided to relaunch my career as a Breema practitioner.
I think my hands and my body carry a gift that should be given to the world.
