This online event begins at 9:00am PDT, 12:00pm EDT, 18:00 CEST, 19:00 IDT.
Meaningful friendships are one of the cornerstones of a healthy life. Even if we have some family around us, friends fulfill a different purpose that is essential to our happiness and inner growth.
No matter what our age, friendships teach us important lessons, most importantly about ourselves. As we see ourselves reflected in our friends—in how they are and how they treat us—we may be able to take an honest look into how we have been, are, and wish to be.
Join us to explore this rich topic from many angles, including looking into:
- How can I be a better friend to myself?
- What does it mean to really support a friend, in the way they need to be supported?
- What do I expect from my friends, and from myself as a friend?
- When there is disagreement or conflict, how can I move toward harmony?
- What supports new friendships, and keeps long-standing ones resilient?
We’ll look into the role of Breema, Self-Breema, and the Nine Principles of Harmony in creating and nurturing friendships in many areas of our lives, and there will be time for questions and answers.
We’ll also practice lots of Self-Breema to support aliveness and body-mind connection.
