No Judgment

Our thinking mind is incapable of comprehending the timeless nature of reality. The mind thinks in concepts, imagining everything to be outside of itself. That is the root of our judgmental attitude toward life. The present is the domain of our Being, not of our mind. Through being present and actualizing the principle of No Judgment, an atmosphere of acceptance is created. Touching another body in this nonjudgmental way can show us that we are not separate from anything in the universe.

From Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony read by Jon Schreiber.
In the atmosphere of No Judgment, the body, mind, and feelings let go of “extra.” Our mind becomes less crowded with images of past and future. Our feelings become less reactive and fearful. Our body lets go of tension as it becomes home to a receptive mind and supportive feelings. In this harmony between our three aspects, we find we are not identified with our thoughts, feelings, or body. There is a sense of presence that enables us to have a taste of acceptance of ourselves as we are in this moment.
From Self-Breema Exercises for Harmonious Life
We have to see we’re always judgmental so clearly that there’s no doubt left that it is so. Then we can accept it. The more we can see and accept it, the more chance we have to discover something in us that can be nonjudgmental. That part of us doesn’t judge, it understands.
