Living in the Moment
Living in the moment becomes possible for us when we bring mind and body together. This attracts our essential feelings, and in the unified activity of our three fundamental parts, we are naturally moved towards harmony in our relationship to ourselves, to others, and to our life.
Experience a new level of aliveness and comfort in the nourishing atmosphere of a Breema weekend workshop. As body, mind, and feelings begin to function in harmony with each other, you are revitalized, and the way you think, feel, and move emanates harmony. The weekend consists of three modular workshops, all of them unique in content.
In each workshop, we learn and practice a select repertoire of Breema bodywork sequences and Self-Breema exercises, which are dynamic expressions of the Nine Principles of Harmony. These universal principles are fundamental elements of Breema’s profound philosophy, and applying them as we practice prepares us to use them in our daily lives.
These workshops are down-to-earth and practical. We learn by direct experience of giving and receiving the bodywork and doing the exercises. Breema offers perspectives and experiences that can become the foundation of a profound self-understanding, with the potential to have a transformative effect on one’s life. Succinctly put, by studying Breema you discover yourself.
The workshops offer important support for bodyworkers, as well as for practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, but anyone with an interest in finding more meaning and fulfillment will find them invaluable.
You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the three workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing .
These Weekend Workshops count as part of the 12-Month Breema Practitioner Course.
