Letting Go of Judgment - Monthly Breema Workshop

In-person

No Judgment
By working with the principle of No Judgment, we establish the foundation that enables real connection and benefit for both ourselves and everyone we interact with.

When we are overly self-critical, we cut ourselves off from others. Supported by body-mind connection and in the absence of judgment, we find a new way of relating to ourselves, one that is more balanced and fulfilling. In this weekend workshop, you can access a new level of aliveness and comfort. As body, mind, and feelings begin to function cooperatively, you experience fresh vitality, and discover new, more harmonious ways of thinking, feeling, and moving. The weekend consists of an introductory evening and four modular workshops, all of them unique in content.

In each workshop, we learn and practice a select repertoire of Breema bodywork sequences and Self-Breema exercises, which are dynamic expressions of the Nine Principles of Harmony. These universal principles are fundamental elements of Breema’s profound philosophy, and applying them as we practice prepares us to use them in our daily lives.

These workshops are down-to-earth and practical. We learn by direct experience of giving and receiving the bodywork and doing the exercises. Breema offers perspectives and experiences that can become the foundation of a profound self-understanding, with the potential to have a transformative effect on one’s life. Succinctly put, by studying Breema you discover yourself.

The workshops offer important support for bodyworkers, as well as for practitioners in the fields of mental, physical, and emotional health, but anyone with an interest in finding more meaning and fulfillment will find them invaluable.

You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is recommended. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.

CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing
