Breema invites you to know the unconditional support of the body through Breema bodywork sequences, Self-Breema exercises, and working with the Nine Principles of Harmony.
Using Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony as the foundation of study, this nine-class series supports a clearer direction toward greater health and self-understanding. Each class includes instruction in Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and body-centered meditation and will include discussion on one Breema principle each week. The Nine Principles of Harmony include Body Comfortable, No Force, Full Participation, No Extra, No Hurry/No Pause, Firmness and Gentleness, No Judgement, Single Moment/Single Activity, and Mutual Support.
No prior experience is needed.

Each class is from 4:00–6:00pm PT
This series runs from August 20, 2024 – October 15, 2024
Registration:
$5-40 per class sliding scale donation. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
