Navigating modern society puts us under the influence of so much information, expectation, and pressure that we rarely if ever experience ourselves as we really are. We are lucky if we get one tiny glimpse, one taste. That one taste is so powerful that it can orient us, give us guidance, direction, and desire for understanding. The practice of Breema supports us to discover, deepen, and grow essentially, directly nurturing our connection with our true nature. Join us as we discover, via the body/mind connection and Breema's Nine Principles of Harmony, how to deepen our essential connection with ourselves, each other, and with all life.
