The Antidote to Fear

The Antidote to Fear
Breema Bodywork, Self-Breema Exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony
In-person

The absence of clarity creates confusion. Confusion creates insecurity. Insecurity, in turn, creates fear. Personal and global insecurity has caused an epidemic of fear. When we worry, it’s like eating a bad meal.

What’s the remedy for this? We need to create a foundation on which we can stand firmly and connect to reality, so we can gain a useful perspective. Body-mind connection is that foundation. When we have it, we discover an inner strength that allows us to respond more harmoniously to the events of life, instead of reacting to them in ways that cause harm to ourselves and others. Body-mind connection is the foundation on which we can build real understanding. Understanding is not the same as thinking. It begins with the unification of body, mind, and feelings and is a function of our consciousness.

In this workshop, we will use Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony to support body-mind connection, and introduce you to perspectives that help you let go of fear and experience inner strength, balance, and vitality instead.
