Welcome!
Breema is the activity of the body when I am present. You study Breema to study yourself. The purpose of Breema’s philosophy and of Breema bodywork is to support you in the direction of Self-understanding.
You cannot separate Breema bodywork or Self-Breema exercises from the philosophy of Breema. And the philosophy of Breema cannot be separated from the philosophy of Existence.
Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises are precious vehicles for gaining practical experiences that support us to bring body, mind, and feelings together and become present. This is the requisite step that we need to take again and again in the lifelong process of discovering and fulfilling the purpose and meaning of our life.
Physical Comfort
Breema is a floor-based method. Participants should be reasonably comfortable sitting and working on a well-padded floor.
