There are times when it seems more difficult than ever to have comfortable and beneficial relationships with other people. But with the help of a few guiding principles, we can find ways to benefit from nearly all our interactions with others.
By helping us experience a direct and natural connection between body, mind, and feelings, Breema creates a foundation of safety and security that can support us in any situation. Breema bodywork and unique self-care exercises, practiced with the Nine Principles of Harmony, lead us to discover an aspect of ourselves that is always whole, healthy, and undamaged. As we begin to look at ourselves with the principle of No Judgment, we become more accepting of others as well, and we use our life energy in more supportive and beneficial ways.
This class is participatory and experiential. We will practice a variety of somatic movement and partner bodywork exercises that nurture connection between body, mind, and feelings, and open possibilities to process events in a new way that strengthens our capacity to assimilate, heal, and live fully and vibrantly.
