Weekly classes - Tuesday, Thursday, 7:30pm Saturday 10am
In our wellness classes we will practice a combination of Yiquan, Qigong, Tai
Chi, and Self-Breema.
● Qigong, Yiquan, and TaiChi - T hese practices develop our ability to
focus the mind for improved concentration, creativity, and
productivity. From stillness, we begin to move. Through the diligent
practice of Qigong, we cultivate our ch’i, which then begins to flow
freely throughout the body, strengthening the weak points and
reinforcing the strong points.
● Self-Breema - a unifying, harmonizing method . Harmony between our
mind, feelings, and body is the key to a healthy life. The energy that
becomes available to us when the mind, feelings, and body work in
harmony can cleanse, balance, and energize every cell in the body.
Program instructor/practitioner - Leigh Steinberg, Certified Life Coach,
Certified Breema Instructor and Practitioner for 25 years, and a student of
Qigong, Yiquan, and Tai Chi for over 30 years.
