Judgment and self-criticism separate us from ourselves and cut us off from life.
This is where the mind and feelings function in separation from each other and from the body. When the mind is separate from the body, we react to everything we see from this place of separation and polarize everything according to like and dislike. We unconsciously cling to fearful, inflated self-images that move us further into isolation, instead of into essential and honest connection with ourselves and an open-hearted relationship with life.
By helping us develop a direct and natural connection between body, mind, and feelings, Breema creates a foundation of safety and security, which becomes a constant support in life. Breema bodywork and self-care exercises, practiced with Breema’s Nine Principles of Harmony, lead us to discover that aspect of ourselves that is always whole, healthy, undamaged, and in harmony with everything that exists.
This weekend workshop is a perfect opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and feelings with Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and Breema's practical philosophy.
You can participate in the entire weekend, or attend just one or more of the four workshops. Pre-registration is required. Call or email the Breema Center for more information.
CE is available for massage therapists and bodyworkers, nurses, LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs. $10 fee for processing .
