Breema: The Art of Being Present - Class Series

In-person

Breema invites you to know the unconditional support of the body through Breema bodywork sequences, Self-Breema exercises, and working with the Nine Principles of Harmony.

Everything real, everything that Breema points you in the direction of, is unconditional. Being, Consciousness, Existence, Love—these are, and their existence is not conditional, not dependent on anything. You don’t have to do something to have these, because you are these. Everything Breema can teach you is not to help you exist, because you already exist. It’s to help you remove the obstacles to knowing that you exist.

Be ordinary. When you are ordinary, you are not separate from anything that’s happening—not from the room, the carpet, the street noise—anything. You don’t need any particular wish for the recipient or for yourself for that moment, other than to simply know you have a body. You don’t need to be spiritual, or to connect to some special energy field. When you are ordinary, you are free to move, to hold, to lean—to do Breema simply and without extra.
